Tonis Kitchen signature dish a combination of mixed wild and cultivated mushrooms including the world famous porcini mushroom and the forever luxurious black summer truffle. we have interpreted a classic medieval dish that was known as vincisgrassi and made it vegetarian. The quantity of black truffle paste that we add makes it a little more sexy .It’s made with layers of fresh lasagna sheets, sautéed wild mushrooms and truffle , béchamel sauce and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese. The repeat orders on this lasagna since we have started our chilled delivery service has been over whelming “The jewel in our crown”

You can mirror the creamy texture with a like-meets-like pairing of a fine white burgundy or other oak-aged Chardonnay, lift the dish while echoing its umami flavours with a glass of chilled Prosecco or pick up on the mushrooms’ earthiness with a Red Nero Davolo or Rofosco
suggestions : lightly dressed salad and some crusty garlic bread or Foccaci to mop your plate, or use it as an accompaniment to roasted prime cut meats and red wine sauce
